It has been 1 year since I had eye correction and canthoplasty, and my double eyelid line is the same, but one eye has less strength than the other and stays half open. I have been asking via KakaoTalk for 6 months. They kept saying the staff would keep replying, but even when I asked 3 days ago and they said they would get back to me, there is still no reply. What is this... It's not like they are running an event or anything, and even if I am willing to pay for a revision myself, what exactly is the problem? When can I come in? Is it enough to just do the surgery and that is it? They do not tell me anything, so I can see the need for customer care. It feels like, after surgery, they are saying deal with it yourself. lol;;
