First, I liked that they were kind from the consultation onward. On the first consultation day, I brought photos showing what I wanted and showed them, and they immediately roughly marked out what kind of line to make. Then they checked whether I liked that line, and told me they would see me on the surgery day. On both the consultation day and the surgery day, I did have to wait a little long, but I think it was enough time for me to calm my nerves since it was my first surgery. Even when I went into the operating room and was getting sedation anesthesia, the nurses maybe noticed that I was really nervous, so they joked around and talked with me a little. So I don’t think I had much fear about getting the surgery. After the surgery ended, when they supported me as I went to the recovery room, they walked slowly with me, which was really nice. After recovering, when I went to change back into my clothes and came out, the manager and the nurses were all kind to me, which I liked. Even immediately after surgery, my swelling was not that severe, so I did not bruise badly.
