My nose bridge was already fairly high, but I didn’t like how wide the sides of my nose were, so I only had medial osteotomy. I’m satisfied. The consultation was detailed, and they took a lot of care on the day of surgery. Several years later, I’m still satisfied and doing well. I even introduced a friend, and she got her revision rhinoplasty here too haha
