My mother had upper eyelid surgery, and since the swelling has not fully gone down yet (they said it would take at least three months), I cannot say for sure, but for the people who had it done with her, it turned out naturally and well. They really respect the patient's opinion and reflect it well. They do not use IV sedation, and the hospital facilities are clean and nice..
