I had fat grafting to my forehead and nasal bridge once 5 years ago, and again about 3 years ago. For the nasal bridge, they only did enough to fill in the slightly uneven parts, and while the result was good, almost like filler, most of it has now gone away. (They did not recommend it much because the bridge area is narrow and fat survival there is not great.) The forehead still seems to have about 30 to 40 percent left, so I am satisfied~!
