A few years ago I went in for a consultation about alar reduction, and in my case they said it wasn't about reducing the nostrils, but about raising the nose tip, and because my face was sagging I would also need a facelift. I was in my early twenties, and they recommended a facelift I had never even thought about, so I decided right then and there to pass on this place.
