A clinic specializing in eye surgery and having a single director felt like a real advantage. What I felt during the coordinator's consultation was that she seemed proud of the director. As with most places, it did not feel like an overly enthusiastic "our director is amazing!" kind of pitch, but more like she kept some objectivity while saying things like this is how it is for this part and that is how it is for that part. When I consulted with the director, I was a little nervous and forgot the questions I had prepared, so I stumbled a bit, but she waited until I remembered what I wanted to ask and kept explaining different things, which I liked.
