The manager and the doctor were kind. I went after reading reviews that there was not much reservation waiting, and thought I would not have to wait long, but after talking with the doctor I ended up waiting for the manager, and in total it felt like about 15 minutes. It was a bit awkward to keep waiting alone in the room, but the total waiting time was definitely shorter than at other hospitals. And the doctor said all the lines I wanted were possible, and redrew the line several times. I also liked that they kept asking if I had any more questions. But when I asked whether back-lateral canthoplasty was unnecessary for my eyes, they said it would help cover my facial shape, so they recommended it too. However, when I discussed the price with the manager at the end, the manager actually advised against back-lateral canthoplasty, so their opinion differed from the doctor's and it felt a bit ironic. (After that, when I consulted other hospitals, most of them also said not to do it, like the manager.) Still, they said eyelid correction was not necessary, which I was glad about. It did not feel like overtreatment, but if I added the back-lateral canthoplasty too, the first digit of the price would change, so it was ambiguous.
