I have a recessed chin and a lot of fat on my chin, so they recommended chin advancement, double chin liposuction, and buccal fat removal as well. I only got the cheekbone surgery because I wanted it myself. After the surgery, I was lying down, and there was so much blood collecting in my cheek that I went back to the operating room to have it drained while I was still not fully awake from anesthesia. At a glance, it didn't seem like the director was the one there, but I wondered whether it's okay for someone else to do the blood draining? I'm planning to ask next time I go.
