I went for a consultation after a friend's recommendation, and since the consultation was mainly with the doctor rather than the head coordinator, that part was good. But there was no detailed explanation about the surgery method or the implant placement site, and the consultation time was relatively short, so that was a bit disappointing. The head coordinator was fairly kind, and it seems the aftercare system is well organized.
