I had incisional double eyelid surgery with orbital fat removed from the eyelid and without removing the roof, and after the surgery it feels like the space between my eyes and eyebrows got much closer once the roof was not removed. Most importantly, my previous double-eyelid line was high, so I had a thin hidden double fold made with an incision, but in any case I did not like the result. The surgery was done well, but the shape is not great..
