In short, rhinoplasty can create a certain shape for the nose, but it does not make it pretty. It can make the nose higher, lower, and shape it in various ways, but it does not make it pretty. It really does not make it pretty. The nose shape may improve compared to before, but it still does not become pretty. That is the real problem. The doctor has a very specific shape they want or pursue, and that is exactly what it becomes. Any plastic surgeon does the same thing and makes the shape they personally prefer, so you have to look at the review photos or before-and-after photos and go in expecting that result. This doctor is no different. Just assume it will look exactly like the after photo. Do not expect a pretty nose at all. I am planning a revision surgery.
