First of all, the surgery went well. However, the consultation was very unsatisfactory. I was debating a smooth implant versus a microtextured one (because I had previously had a bad outcome with a textured implant and was getting revision surgery), but even though they knew why I was worried, they stubbornly insisted that I use only the implant they recommended, so I had surgery with that one.
The result is much better than before, but I still wish the director had been a little kinder...
