The reduction was very satisfying because you could immediately see that it got smaller after the surgery, but for the lift I couldn't tell the effect as the swelling went down. The improvement was basically just around the forehead wrinkles? If you want to make the space between the eyes and eyebrows longer, I personally recommend getting it done at a place that performs endoscopic lifts. Still, there was no hair loss at all, which was the side effect I was most worried about. On the contrary, a lot of fine baby hairs grew around the surgical area, so I am satisfied.
