They gave a very detailed consultation, going through one by one how each of the materials that could be used in my nose would work for me, which let me think things through and choose for myself, and I also liked that they shared their own recommendation! They told me not to leave a deposit on the same day as the consultation, but I liked it so much that I went ahead and paid the deposit anyway.. The consultation manager was also kind, and since they have been at the same place for a long time, I felt confident in them!
