It was not exactly a bulbous nose, but my nostrils and my nose overall were on the long and wide side, so I was worried and went in for a nose consultation. I thought that if I got a consultation I might be able to see how much of a difference it would make, so I went through an introduction from an acquaintance. I went a little after lunch, and the wait was not too long. The hospital was very clean, and the staff at the front desk were kind too. I brought photos that I had heavily edited with an app, and when I showed them and explained the look I wanted, they matched it well and designed it carefully. My nostrils were not especially wide compared to my nose, so they said nostril reduction was not necessary and that the bridge and tip alone would be enough. I liked that both the director consultation and the coordinator consultation respected my opinion instead of pushing surgery on me.
