It has almost been 4 years since I had it done. For the tip and nostril reduction plus lowering the columella, they used my own ear cartilage. Thinking about it now, I wonder: is it normal for the anesthesia to wear off during surgery..? Back then, while they were cutting the nose and harvesting ear cartilage from behind the ear, the anesthesia wore off, and I had surgery while hearing all of that;; At first there was nothing, but now the left side of my nostril has sunken flat. I am looking into revision surgery. There was not much aftercare. Just medication. For the amount of money I spent, I am not very satisfied. The part where they harvested the ear cartilage made my ear stick closer to my face. From the front, the ear position looks different. If I could go back, I would not use ear cartilage.
