The Kakao consultation before visiting was good. When I actually went to the hospital and had the consultation, I'm not sure how professional it was, and they wouldn't answer anything beyond what I asked. The clinic manager spoke way too fast and was even less polite than the doctor. I had already heard the price for the laser by Kakao before going, but when I asked whether I could still get the laser, they quoted a higher price and tried to take that instead. It feels like they see patients as money.
