I have a body with absolutely no volume at all... so I had always dreamed of seeing cleavage at least once. I am debating fat grafting, but I first went in for a consultation. The doctor checked my size and shape well according to my body type and was very kind during the consultation too. I am still deciding whether to go with fat grafting or an implant, so I will need a few more consultations before I decide.
