I made a Saturday consultation appointment and waited about 30 minutes. The consultation manager was much kinder than I expected. I first had a consultation with the manager, then waited a few more minutes before the director ([Doctor A]) came in and the doctor consultation began. They gave me an estimate while looking at the CT scan and feeling my nose directly. For reference, I had a small nose and a low bridge. I told them the shape I wanted (higher bridge + longer nose + natural look). I also said I absolutely did not want to touch the bone, and they checked on that part and listened to my opinion. Overall, they seemed to listen well to the patient's opinion. The only slight disappointment was that I did not get to hear what method they use for nose-lengthening. They also asked for a review and photo usage request (with a discount attached to that).
