I had lip-lift surgery about 3 years ago. Back then, I thought there would be no visible scar since they said they would use dissolvable stitches and operate from inside the nostrils, but... surprisingly, there was no columellar skin at all, the nostrils were huge, and the scar was clearly visible The philtrum definitely became shorter, but if I were to do it again, I think I would go to a place that excises under the columellar base instead.
