My eyes are uneven / my nose is a bulbous nose, so I went in for a consultation :) I was also going to a dermatology clinic attached to a plastic surgery clinic, so I hurriedly booked and went in. For my eyes, I wanted double eyelid surgery + canthoplasty, and for my nose I mentioned lifting the tip, but for both they just told me to leave them as they were... that was the answer I got; For the eyes, I only got a rough estimate~! I still hadn't decided whether I would or wouldn't do double eyelid surgery, so the exact price wasn't given! Still, because they explained each reason carefully one by one, I actually rated them a bit higher for being so honest about whether I should just give up on plastic surgery. They said the outer corners of my eyes were drooping and crowded, so they were too crowded for inner canthoplasty and too droopy for outer canthoplasty, making canthoplasty difficult, but double eyelid surgery would be possible. Instead, they said they could remove the Mongolian fold so the eyes could look more open.
As for the nose, they said it was a nose that shouldn't be touched... they told me not to do it T_T lol... yes, I guess I'm meant to live like this.
On the other hand, when I talked with the coordinator, they did recommend facial liposuction. Since I said I was worried I looked too old for my age, they gently suggested doing facial liposuction.
Both the doctor and the coordinator were politely businesslike, but not bad, and I'm still thinking about facial liposuction..!
