Revision rhinoplasty after a columellar cut and a step at the nasal tip

The first two photos are before surgery, and the rest are after surgery. After my first rhinoplasty, my midface looked longer and more masculine, which caused me tremendous stress. I was so distressed that I could hardly find any frontal photos taken after the first surgery. I kept wondering why I had paid for a nose job when my columella had been cut away and a step had formed at the tip like that. I felt like I was going to develop a serious mental problem, so I had revision surgery. I visited countless clinics and heard that the nasal tip is a more difficult area than expected, which made me worry about what to do with my nose. Still, after continuing consultations, I decided on revision surgery and underwent it using autologous costal cartilage. The step at the tip disappeared, and the tip became rounder. The columella looks almost newly created and normal again. The line turned out better than I expected, so I am very satisfied. I had the revision at BT Plastic Surgery. From the reviews, it seemed they were good at preserving the columella and creating a rounded tip. There is one doctor, Dr. Lee Seung-ho, and they examined inside my nose with nasal endoscopy, including CT. This was the first clinic that directly examined the inside of my nose. The consultation itself was also the longest and quite good. If I could go back to before my first surgery, I think I would have had it done here. I am so relieved that my columella, the step, and the overall condition of my nose are all normal again, and I like the line much better too;
