I came back because I'm suffering. I'll upload photos. Did I really mess up? I had alar reduction, cartilage tying, and nasal tip cartilage surgery. My original nose was high, and I shouldn't have had cartilage added. This is truly hard. I should have researched properly before doing it. It's been a little under three months... In real life, even more than in the photos, all you can see is my nose, so my eyes look smaller and my expression looks like a pouty cartoon character. My nose has become longer too... Is it difficult for it to become lower and smaller from here? Since cartilage was added... Why does my nose feel so uncomfortable and tingle? I was satisfied living with my natural nose, but I got greedy because I wanted it to look a little smaller, and now I never imagined I'd be living in this hell. Please give me a serious evaluation. From the side, I look exactly like Pinocchio. Will it get less swollen and lower from here? And when removing it, would it be better to release the cartilage tying? What should I do to return as close as possible to my natural nose? Please leave any comment. I'm in so much pain.
