I had nose surgery three years ago, but as my philtrum became longer, the tip of my nose turned upward and my nostrils became far too visible.. It had been like this for almost a year, and after being extremely stressed, I started visiting clinics for revision surgery. I went for consultations at at least four more places, but this was the only one that said it was due to drooping nasal alae. The other places did not mention the nasal alae at all; After hearing the director’s explanation, I felt sure that the cause was in the nasal alae, and I think I will have the surgery here. I hated how my nose looked, but I was also so curious about why it had turned out this way. And to think it was because of the nasal alae...
