I was saying goodbye until the elevator doors closed, and even though I also work in the same industry, I felt like I should learn from them too. After the counselor consultation, I saw the doctor, then had the final counseling with the counselor. On the money side, they absolutely did not pressure me. They said I should look around other places first, and if I wanted to proceed with them, just contact them by mid-June, and they would also give a discount. They told me not to feel burdened and to get enough consultation, and I wondered if this was what customer-delighting service feels like. It was not just the surgery itself, I was extremely satisfied with the way they treated me.
