While looking into nose revision surgery, I thought I had to use something sturdy this time, so I was considering autologous costal cartilage and mainly searched for places that were good at harvesting rib cartilage. I think I chose the clinic after weighing both the nose line and the columella. The one that pleased me the most and made me book surgery was Highend, and the consultation with the director was extremely detailed. I waited a bit, but the detailed consultation made it feel worth it. The manager and staff were also very kind, and they kept greeting me warmly right up until I got back to the elevator to leave. Somehow that made me feel good lol. I still have a few consultations left, but after thinking about it a bit, I contacted them right away and even put down the deposit. I am looking forward to it.
