First of all, I liked that the consultation manager spoke to me in a friendly, older-sister kind of way! The head doctor also looked carefully, kept asking whether I had any more questions, and waited while I thought of questions, which I appreciated. I heard a lot about the manager pressuring people to book, but I did not feel pressured at all, and I left a deposit!
