Because of a complication from nose surgery, the tip of my nose has collapsed downward, so I’m looking for a clinic for revision nose surgery,.. I thought I should use autologous costal cartilage, so I went first to Mighty, which had a lot of reviews about costal cartilage. First of all, even the front desk staff seem to have basic kindness ingrained in them. The manager who consulted with me listened to my story well and empathized with me well. The director seemed to have very deep knowledge about materials. They explained the pros and cons of each material in detail, and when they checked my nose with CT, the explanation was very thorough, from the reason the tip had dropped to my current condition. My skin condition is also such that it could stretch more, so this time I firmly decided to use autologous costal cartilage, which is sturdy and free of complications. I also felt even more trust because they designed the nose line by considering not only the nose itself, but also facial proportions, the nasolabial angle, and the columella.
