I had nose surgery with costal cartilage. I am very dissatisfied with the shape, and because the cartilage was absorbed, the bridge of my nose became lumpy. Even after years pass, I still get angry whenever I think about it. They said I was being too sensitive and that it turned out really well. Even looking at the before-and-after photos, the before is much better. This is not just my opinion; I asked people around me too. I uploaded photos online too. I met people who said they were curious, showed them in person, and heard their opinions. The breast scar is still very, very visible and has never disappeared. And the most absurd thing I heard here was this. They asked me whether, instead of trying to look at the face from the front or side, I could raise the camera and take it from the upper right at a 45-degree angle, looking down, so the nose line would seem more natural. No, when you talk to people, do you look at them from a 45-degree angle from above? lol The consultant must have been so dumbfounded asking me not to look at the face from the front or side. If you want to be tormented terribly, terribly, terribly, or if you hate me so much that you do not care what happens to me, then go there. Do I know that I had surgery here at this point? At first they used a small splint-like piece on the bridge of the nose, but after side effects appeared they later changed it to a wider one. From the reviews, though, it looks like another side effect where it spreads may have happened again. In the beginning the hospital did not have anything like cartilage filler, and they used ordinary dermatology fillers instead, and they even recommended that I pay for that and get it done. Of course I refused. Knowing how the hospital changed over the years, you could probably call me someone with a grudge from long-term surgical experience, right?
