I went at my appointment time, but I think I waited a little over an hour. The manager was kind, but there was a bit of pressure regarding the appointment. The director explained the surgery and what should be done for my face from an aesthetic perspective, which I liked. The consultation lasted about 15 minutes, so it was not very long.
