I told them in the consultation that I wanted autologous dermis for the cheek augmentation too, and because my nose was so short, they said to do only the nose first with autologous dermis and do the cheek augmentation later. When I explained the areas I wanted to improve, they were very honest and told me that if I was considering nose surgery because of that, I should think it through again, which made me stop and reconsider.
