The staff and the director were all good. But there were so many people that getting a reservation time was nearly impossible.. Once I finished everything I had left to do, I never got hooked again.. If time is money for you, I recommend going somewhere else instead. I'm not exactly a busy person, but since I had to travel back and forth from out of town and spend time on that too, the reservations kept getting pushed back, and by the end I wasn't even sure the lasers were helping much.
