This is a factory-style hospital, plain and simple, where everything ends with the one line that it is cheap. Since there are so many people and it is inexpensive, you really cannot expect any kindness. The waiting time is extremely long, and you do not know which doctor will perform the procedure. I think I visited about three times, and each time it was a different doctor. Maybe if you get cheap Botox, you cannot choose the doctor. You just wait endlessly, get the consultation, wait endlessly again, then are called to the procedure room, where they hand each person an ice pack. If you wait there and ask once more which area will be treated, you answer, wipe off your makeup, get disinfected, and then the doctor from the next room comes over and performs the procedure. That is it. The staff rattle off the pre-procedure instructions like a rap, so fast that they do not really register, and it feels like the point is just that they did say it. The doctor also does not especially make it painless or pay delicate attention. The wait is long, but the procedure really ends in just a few minutes. It is so inexpensive and Botox is more or less the same everywhere, so I go back periodically.
