I watched YouTube and went for a consultation; there was no consultation fee. The director was first to consult me. Kind and spoke in the same calm, soft tone as in the videos. As soon as I sat down, I was told that I open my eyes using my forehead. Looking at my condition, a forehead lift would be needed, but because my forehead is wide, it was not recommended. Because of that, both upper blepharoplasty and sub-brow lift felt somewhat ambiguous. Because of my age, I was afraid that an incision-based upper blepharoplasty might make me look harsh, and since I wanted a natural result, they first recommended a sub-brow lift that would not feel burdensome, and said we could consider upper blepharoplasty later if needed as I get older. The manager was also kind, and after looking at before-and-after photos of the lift surgery, the results seemed pretty good.
