I haven't had surgery, so I took off one star.. The consultation director was so warm and gave such careful advice.. I just felt an instant sense of trust. I heard the head doctor also came from a big hospital where they worked on facial contouring, and they are kind and gentle. But I was scared and gave up on facial contouring, so... I didn't go, but when I looked into it, a lot came up saying they were skilled in facial contouring.
