I had a consultation with the doctor first, then with the manager. But the manager really just felt like they were telling me the price, and we did not talk about surgery. The staff were kind, and the doctor answered everything whenever I asked if I had any questions. But it was my first consultation for revision surgery, so I could not ask many questions. There was a bit of pressure to book on the same day, and the deposit had to be 10 percent, but if you do not go through with the surgery, the deposit is nonrefundable. That part bothered me a bit, so I did not book that day. They said I could use it for other skin treatments instead of a refund, but those were treatments that had little meaning for me. I think I will go through consultations at other clinics and think it over.
