I had a consultation for lower blepharoplasty fat repositioning, and I didn't go because of an ad, so I don't know the advertised price. I went for a lower-eye-area consultation because the area under my eyes was hollow, but they said there wasn't any fat to move and told me not to do lower-eye-area fat repositioning or filler. They were really honest, which made me trust them! In the end I didn't get lower-eye-area fat repositioning, lower-eye-area fat repositioning revision, or under-eye filler, but I was so satisfied with the honest consultation! I didn't receive a cost breakdown and left, so I entered the price arbitrarily.
