First, you need to get an X-ray of the surgical area before the consultation. It was too far to go to the place the clinic told me to visit, so I had the X-ray taken at a radiology clinic near my home. Since this was my first cosmetic surgery consultation and I was considering my brow bone, I made an appointment. When I visited, there was one person ahead of me, so I thought the rumor that they only do 3 consultations and 1 surgery per day must be true. After waiting about 30 minutes, I had a consultation with the director. When I showed the X-ray I brought, he said my frontal sinus bone was thin, so osteotomy would be needed rather than a typical shaving procedure. He also looked over my face and pointed out where it would be good to work on, but he seemed to know his clinic's selling points and only mentioned them briefly; he did not push me with statements like "you have to do it!" He kept asking if I had any questions. Because the number of patients they receive in a day is limited, the consultation itself could be long and in-depth. My impression from the consultation was that he has strong pride in his technique. I have not had surgery yet, but the result should show that. I went there without considering other clinics, so I booked surgery right away. I had heard some bad rumors and reviews, but I figured the accurate thing would be to ask the director directly on the day of surgery, so I will leave that aside. The consultation manager was also reasonably kind. Usually clinics try to haggle over surgery fees in various ways to attract customers, but there was none of that. They explained everything and then gave the estimate, saying this is the cost. I liked how clean and straightforward it was, without any guessing game.
