I had a genioplasty, double-chin muscle tie, and liposuction because I had a weak chin. I also wanted the cheek area done, but they honestly told me the effect would probably be minimal, so I did not go through with it. Because the front view effect seems weaker, I am looking into other lifting procedures. Whether not recommending it was a stroke of genius or not I think I will only know after trying something else. Looking only at the chin, since it was a chin with some skin laxity, there was leftover skin, so it is not dramatic. This is my own case.
