I had a revision surgery to slightly raise the line and improve asymmetry, but the fixation was too deep and it changed my impression in an awkward way. I got sausage-like puffiness, mucosal eversion, and staircase scarring when I close my eyes. They said that instead of a lower canthoplasty, extending the line longer would make my eyes look longer horizontally, but instead it looks even more cramped and like narrow slit eyes than before the surgery. I was told to wait because it was swelling, but it has been the same for 3 years, and I am thinking about another revision. All I got out of it was stress and mental illness
