The process went in this order: photo shoot, then head manager, then the director, then cost consultation. The director personally looked at my face very carefully, and I thought I could have surgery here. But after the consultation with the manager about the cost, I passed. The manager was kind, but the prices were inflated a bit too much. The director did not even mention buccal fat removal, yet they quoted me for 6 items. + I can understand being charged for the tightening device too, but they also charged separately an amount that seems like it would still leave margin on the tightening device.
