For the first treatment, I went to Director Shin, and it turned out well. For the second treatment, a different doctor did it. Director Kang Ok-na did it, and then I suddenly started getting skin trouble and pigmentation, so when I said I had seen a rabbit, they said it was an allergy. I even got tested at the hospital near my house, and they said it was not. Since I had no dermatology experience, I thought it was an allergy from light because the hospital near my house said so. But later I found out it was pigmentation caused by being too aggressive. For the last third session, they said refunds were not possible and talked about penalty fees, then gave me skin Botox and salmon injections and that was it. It felt assembly-line-like, and my skin got ruined, so I am upset. They say melasma has to be treated gently and slowly, but they kept denying fault until the end, saying they did the same thing.
