I went in with high expectations after reading the director’s app reviews, word of mouth, and so on. But I had made a consultation reservation in advance, and they had forgotten about it... Also, maybe because the director was very busy, the consultation ended in just a few minutes.. Still, they answered my questions well whenever I asked!
