I am just wondering, there is no L-shaped implant at the tip, but there are two layers of silicone, and it was altered with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so the nose itself is not that big, but it feels kind of full inside. If everything is removed, can the nose tip become slimmer?? Am I thinking too simply?
