I went in for a consultation because of my double chin and peanut-shaped face, and the staff member who handled the consultation was good. The consultation with the doctor went well too, but the moment I went into the room, I could smell cigarette smoke... I was tempted when I saw photos of existing patients saying it would feel like this after liposuction on the cheek area and double chin, then tightening with threads, but the cigarette smell kept lingering so I could not focus.
