I had double-eyelid surgery 5 years ago. Back then I had it done with the buried-suture method, and they were really kind during the consultation and carried out exactly the buried-suture method I wanted. They also shaped the double-eyelid line nicely so it did not feel too heavy. It is loosening now, but from right after the surgery until the third year, I was satisfied!
