I had nose surgery 4 to 5 years ago. I already had nasal filler, so I dissolved the filler and had bulbous-nose surgery, nostril cartilage nose tip work, and a silicone nasal bridge. My nasal skin is also thick and the cartilage was spread out, so I needed the cartilage brought together and the nasal skin thinned, but the doctor only brought the cartilage together, so the bulbous-nose correction was barely improved at all. Even right after surgery, the nose tip looked a little droopy, and the nasal bridge was too high for my face. The doctor and the consultation manager were very kind and trustworthy, so I went ahead with surgery, but I ended up with a shape I did not want, and because the bridge was too high, on days when my condition was not good the bridge would swell and hurt, so I had to get through daily life with anti-inflammatory medicine until I had revision nose surgery somewhere else.
