I suppose they prioritize a natural look, which is good, but it also worries me.. For a first surgery, the cost is on the high side, and rather than just lifting it a little, I feel like it needs to be raised enough for the nose to have some shape to be satisfying, but right now my nose is basically nonexistent like an Avatar, so I’m really torn T_T
