I had forehead fat grafting. Fat was taken from the inner thigh. My forehead and thighs did not hurt at all. But it came out so natural that I felt a little disappointed. For the second session, they used the stored fat and did it with local anesthesia only. The clinic was clean, and at the first session I kept asking the same questions because of the sleep anesthesia, but the staff member was very kind.
